Property he held now described as: - Kings Arms, Biggleswade formerly astate of Edward Lawndey -4 1 /2 acres arable, in Biggleswade - messuage in Shortmead Street formerly estate of Edward Bray - 7 rods enclosed meadow, near said messuage - cottage between house of William Drage, apothecary, and the Dog in a Doublet also once the estate of Edward Bray Mary Spriggs (once Mary Oxenbridge, now the wife of John Spriggs) is admitted tenant to the above Then John and Mary Spriggs surrendered the premises to the Lord of the Manor to the use of George Fletcher for the purpose of making a recovery of the premises. After this said John Spriggs is admitted tenant
