- to son Daniel: Cains or Bottles close; 2 closes purchased of Mary Sherlock & Thomas Butcher, occupied by self & George Hutchin, part of Newland Field.; £100; also debts, stock etc. from Birmingham partnership;
- to son John messuage occupied by William Higgs at upper end of Castle Street, & 3 closes near & garden ground purchased of William Okey & of Rev. Thomas Whitehurst (further close near Bailey Field lately enclosed by testator); formerly part of farm occupied by Thomas Crawley; but subject to paying executors £400;
- to 3 grandchildren Samuel, Elizabeth, Harriet (children of late son Samuel): 3 closes occupied by self & Benjamin Harrison; formerly part of Bridge Field; but many years since divided & separated by quick hedges by testator; also £200 each at 21;
- to son John: copyhold messusge & blacksmith's shop at King's Walden, occupied by Edward Wilson, to be sold & money paid to executors;
- to sons Daniel & John & daughter Elizabeth (widow of William Goldsmith) & daughter Sarah (wife of Thomas Sibley of Chiltern green, gent.), & Frances (wife of Robert Barker of Wilton, Surrey, esq.), farm occupied by Thomas Crawley;
