Conveyance, £100: William Markam of Husborne Crawley to James Barnard of London, gentleman. All lands etc in Bolnhurst bought of John and Joan Richards. Witnesses: Richard Buche [?Bunche], vicar of Husborne Crawley, Thomas Schelmek, William Maslyn. The second deed states that Anthony Stebbyng will surrender his claims; and is endorsed to the effect that John and Joan Richards are to have a house situated on the south side of the hall belonging to the dwellinghouse with free entry during their lives, and 3 hogs and 3 kine.
