North Graveley Lane AND Orchard or piece of pasture ground etc. adjoining above (1/2 Acre) AND close of pasture adjoining Orchard (1 1/2 Acres) Witnesses. Default made on above mortgage ' estate vested absolutely in Elizabeth & Ann Taylor, ref to Will of Daniel Taylor, making Mary Taylor, sole executrix.
