    1)Eleanor Lucy de Falbe, Henry Gerard Leigh (as LHE310-323) (vendors). 2)Jonathan Francis Seymour of Brache Farm, Luton, farmer, recites will of John Gerard Leigh etc.recites Articles of Agreement , 20 July 1898. 1) recites Order in Chancery, 30 July 1898 3 pieces of land marked on plan (similar to one in LHE 322 [4A, 3R, 0P] they run along East side of London Road & extension of Albert Road from Traps lane [Cutenhoe Lane] to St Paul's Vicarage. NB gaps left for 2 new Roads, [West Hill Road] & [ - ] both 36 ft wide. Total 4A 3R 0P Luton (see plan Scale 208.33ft to incl) 1) will make up 'proposed new road part of West Hill Road & continue Albert Street now in course of construction (starting at boundary of land recently sold to John Robert Brown by 1) & extending to London Road & 'completed in a similar manner to those already constructed on the adjacent land lately pt of the Leigh Estate & in acc with the Byelaws of the Corporation of Luton etc & in all respects to satisfaction of Surveyor of Luton Corporation etc' 2) covenants that when land shall be set out for building erect a close boarded fence or stone or brick wall not less than 5ft high along dotted line marked on plan so as to enclose it of from rest of Luton Hoo Estate 2) Will pay one half of cost of completing extension of Albert Road & sewers & drains 2) to keep unbuilt on except bay windows or boundary fences buildings on London Road to be dwelling houses of £30 or more annual value.
