(ultimate purchasers) recites Will of John ShawLeigh etc. Agreement between parties 1) & 2), 17 June 1898, Order of Chancery, 16 July 1898. Piece of land in new road or street to be formed in continuation of Albert Road (Tennyson Road.) (88p.). Abs .N.W. by new road above (on 70ft frontage). N.E. land lately sold by John Robert Brown to Harry Isaac Sell & Henry Impey (320 ft. frontage). N.B. on plan this abuttal's. Western abuttal is 'New Road' present St. Paul's Rd.) on 82ft frontage S.W. land intended to be conveyed by 1) as site of St. Paul's Vicarage on 318 ft. frontage. Right to use road to be formed etc. (as above) & right to connect with drains & sewers 2) grants 1) right of use of other new Road Covenant by 3) to pay for share for maintenance of new road in extension of Albert Road. Within 3 months erect close boarded fence or stone or brick wall not less than 5ft. high along S.W. and S.E. sides of piece of land. Will not open or place any windows or other lights in any building to be erected on piece of land so as to entitle 3) to any right of light or air which would interfere with free use of adj land belonging to 1).
