Bequeaths legacy of £16,000 on trust then Pepsal End Farm & Bottom Farm at Pepperstock, Flamstead to son Arthur, made 6 Mar 1892. Proved Principal Probate Registry 19 July 1892.Elizabeth is widow of above Henry, recites contracted to sell bulk of farms to Sir H. E. Frankland etc but they have required to prove that acc. to customs of Manor no right of freebench exists. Unable to prove what custom as to freebench is in Manor of Flamstead.
