Witnesses David Lee Willis & Frederick Willis. Made 1 May 1838, proved principal registry of HM Court of Probate. 8 Mar 1861. Attested by W.George Twigg & J.T.Cheshire, Clerks to Mr. Benning, Solicitor Dunstable.
