    1) Christopher Dickenson of Stoke on Trent, Staffs, Miller, Frederick Brown of Luton, Iron founder, executors under will of Richard Marks Brown of Luton, Miller, deceased 2) Local Board of Health for district of Luton, recites, culvert marked A on plan on dorse constructed by 2) with consent of Richard Marks Brown deceased through & in the ditch leading from Spring Close (owned by 2) in Luton, recites:- disputes between 1) & 2) re right of 2) to use culvert & ditch (alleged by 2) to be easements & watercourse belonging to freehold of Spring Close And 2) have recently constructed an intercepting sewer & Deodorising Works in area. During the building of which damages were alleged to River Lea leading to Brache Mill (demised or held by 1) statements from time to time been submitted to the board re the damages.
