Scope and Content
1) Thomas son of Terri de Grethamstud & Cristiana his wife (vendor) 2) Robert de Ho (purchaser) a) Moiety of half virgate of land in Luiton (Luton) with all appurtenances both in service and demesne namely all that right and claim that we 1) had or ought to have in part of land & a tenement that belonged to 1) from the inheritance of William le Hegge (Christiana's father) in West Hyde.
Besides the lordship of the other Moiety of the half virgate with its appurtenances that Lucy, sister of Christiana received from the said inheritance, which moiety with appurtenances she held from 1) as if from her elder sister. Namely of the whole tenement that
Thomas de la Mara & the aforesaid Christiana his wife hald in demesne & in in service as of the fee of land that was of the said William 'our' father in the same vill. Ho to pay 1/2d to the Lord of the Fee at Easter for services. Consideration services & 100s.

Right of Robert as of the gift of Thomas and Christiana, to wit, the homage & service of Thomas del Heg & Lucy his wife, and her heirs for the tenements which they held of Thomas & Christiana in Luyton. Clause of Warranty (II 20.(9) also Robert de Hoo against Alexander de Esserug.
