    1)James Kidman (as LHE184) 2) Samuel Lane of Luton, Wheelwright 3) John Shaw Leigh of Luton Hoo, Esq (purchaser) recites will of Thomas Kidman, late of Luton, Gentleman (died 23 June 1846), daughter Elizabeth Kidman £800, Han Oakley £40 p a until George youngest child is 21, then £12 p a. and to Han and George Oakley £100 payable (presumably at 21) real estate charged with above to son James. All real estate in Luton and elsewhere in Beds (Appt executor) made 14 Oct 1823. Codicil:- 4 sums of £250 each to 4 other children, Thomas Kidman, Ann wife of John Issac House, Sarah wife of John Bates, Elizabeth Kidman charged on real estate granted to James Kidman, proved PCC 7 Sept 1846, £800 and 4 sums of £250 paid. :. Release (Quit Claim) 1) Beneficiaries as above 2)James Kidman, 3 Apr 1847. Han Oakley died Feb 1844. Han and George Oakley long since 21 and legacies paid. :.
