Called Nether Winches Dallows and are lying together, Luton. With all Tithes. Sometime in occupance of John Nodes Esq, (afterwards of Francis Wilkins and William Green and now of Thomas Cooke, L. Abs N Common Road or Highway called Dunstable Bottom Way leading from Luton towards Dunstable. S land formerly of Lord Effingham Howard, afterwards of Francis Herne, Esq and now of Marquis of Bute. W Abuts (at Upper End) on close formerly of Mrs Carr and now of Dunstable Charity called Winches Upper Dallow Close. E land formerly of Francis Herne and now of Marquis of Bute consideration £1,020 paid was in fact Charles Cox's Money.
