    To be buried in Luton Parish Church, in same grave as late husband. To son in law Robert Creed, Minister of Lathbury, Bucks and daughter Talbot Creed, his wife. Messuage of farm-house with Dovehouse and Barns, Orchards, stables, gardens, curtilage etc. in Farley, LUTON and lands belonging:- 'The Pightle', 'Tyle Kiln Mead', Farley Grove, Home Field, Middle Field, Dell nap, Farley Green, Farley Wood, now in tenure Edward Britchfield. As Trustees for sale. Our of money pay: grandson William Creed £100 granddaughter Elizabeth Creed £300, granddaughter Mary Creed £100, grandson John Rotherham Creed £100, All members of Creed family (legacies when 21 of day of marriage). Reversion to survivors in event of death before 21 ALSO pay Grandchildren, Henry Panton, Elizabeth Panton, Mary Panton all children of daughter Elizabeth Panton £100 each on similar terms. Beneficiaries to receive rents until sale in proportion to their legacies. Then after sale place legacies out at interest, to get 4%, anything above that to the Trustees personal use. In event of any loss beneficiaries to bear loss in proportion to their legacy. AND to Robert Creed and Thomas Cheyne of Lilly, Herts, clerk. Close called Whippers Lees, in Farley [14A]. As Trustees:- rents to daughter Katherine, now wife of William Haselum, gent for life. On her death, to convey it to her children as shall be 21 or marry before. In event of her death without issue. Reversion of Molety to daughter Talbott Creed. Other moiety to Elizabeth Panton. To Thomas Cheyne and Robert Pountney of Kensington, Middlesex, Apothecary. Messuage, Malthouse, Dovehouse, Orchards, Barns, stables, curtilages and 30A of arable in Common fields of Luton now in possession of Roger Wedon. On trust for daughter Talbot Creed, to receive rents (without control of husband Robert)can convey or leave by will. In default:- to her right heirs. To daughter Talbott Creed for sole use. 1 new green Harrateen bed and Quilt, 6 new Dutch chairs, one new quilt, 2 new Blankets, 1 Feather Bed and Bolster, 2 Pillows, 1 seratore, one table of 'Walnuttree' and a looking-glass, one other looking glass over parlour chimney, one dozen of new pewter Plates with coats of arms on them, 6 new pewter dishes, one looking glass with frame of needlework, 2 pieces of work more, Picture of late husband, testator's picture, One pair of worked window curtains, Chair worked with needlework, one brass hearth, one suit of tapestry hangings, one great porridge pot, one round tea table painted, one dressing glass and 2 £5 guinea pieces of gold. To Talbot Creed and Thomas Cheyne £400 lately received from William Haselum upon Marriage Agreement with testator's daughter Katherine, remains now in Bank and other Bills.To lay out money in purchase of an Annuity for 99 years term for benefit of daughter Elizabeth Panton and her children after Talbot Creed has kept £7 out of annuity. To daughter Talbot Creed and her heirs Close of land called Hartwood Alias Hawtwood Close morety of pasture called 'The Broome.' Piece of arable called Hawthill, Luton now in possession of Edward Greene subject to yearly sum of £2.12s to overseers of Poor of Luton to enable them to lay 12d every Sunday to purchase 12d loaves of bread to distribute every Sunday to 12 poor women of parish, who shall that day attend divine service. To son in law Henry Panton and Elizabeth his wife £10 for mourning, to son in law Robertt Creed and Talbot his wife £10 for mourning, to son in law William Haselum and Katherine, his wife £10 for mourning. One guinea apiece to buy mourning rings to cousin Guy Hillesden and Elizabeth his wife and cousin - Lister. One broad piece of gold to Mary his wife. £5 each of grandchildren £5 for mourning - , goddaughter, living at Clerkenwell, Middlesex, broad piece of gold to Stephen Ewens Broad piece of gold to buy him a ring to wear in remembrance of testator to Frances Ewins, his wife, £5 in money and guinea piece of gold to buy a ring etc. Daughter Talbot Creed, executrix £100 and no more for funeral to Vicar of Luton at testator's death and shall officiate at funeral £5. Poor of Luton £5, Residue to 3 daughters to div. equally.To Roger Wedon of Luton, gent to be supervisor of will £10. Witnessed Robert Hardisley, John Westley, Jane Jones. Made 23 May 1715.
