Leamington, Warwickshire. Condolences on loss of my Aunt Milnes of Beckingham [Mary Selina Milnes] - how singular she expired on the 21st August, just two days after my poor Mama's death 8 years ago. Poor Anne ill now has a great deal of trouble on her hands. Hope you and my Uncle are now comfortably settled at Bushmead again. My Papa [Rev Thomas Milnes] is wasting away in Consumption. We return to Yorkshire [Burton Agnes]. Dr. Middleton and the waters. [This is not deposited at the Record Office - for information only.)
