Mrs Martha Pernell £10, Thomas Scott youngest son of late Robert Scott £100 to Edward Daniel Esq., Barrister at Law of Marley Hall, Herefordshire £200 (reversion to Philip, his youngest son) to J Brydges eldest son of Richard Brydges Esq. late of Old Colwall
£100, gives £100 to Bosbury Bread Charity (instituted by testator's great grandfather) to be laid out in purchase of land - (conditions of
issue of bread identical to that of her sister's will see LHE 104). Similarly £100 to Colwall Bread Charity. All real estate in Herefordshire, Herts & Beds & London & monies, stocks, funds & securities for Money & residue of personal estate & effects
to worthy friend Edward Daniel, Esq. Barrister of Marley Hall, Herefordshire & Worthy friend & cousin William Wotton of
Kingslangley, Herts (son of Ric Wotton) As Trustees, retain £100 for use of Bristol Infirmary (to be paid out of personal estate)
£50 to Daniel & Wotton for trouble - to cousin Sir Harford Jones Bart, Hambroke Grove Estate with Mill, Cottages etc. Houses Household furniture, Plate, linen, carriages, jewels & Trinkets & liquor. Has to assume name and arms of Brydges, £35,000
to Cousin William Wotton Share, of Herts & Beds estates of which under sister's will only have claims title to whole except 1/6th part
under father's will being Joint Tenant & Survivorship. Cousin Mary Wotton £2000 stock (daughter of late cousin Richard)
to Cousin William Wotton so long as he relinquishes all claim on testator's House in the Strand, now occupied by Mr
Middleton AND so long as does not dispose of the house at Ledbury by Sale, gets that covenant to repair. To Tenant, Mr. Middleton, stationer, rent of the house he now occupies for his life. Then sale. Profits arising from sale to Sir H Jones as residuary legatee

As brother & heir of Richard Wotton, deceased will be entitled to considerable property under will of sister Elizabeth, his share under Mary's will to Sir Harford Jones of Boultibrook, Radnor, who becomes executor and Trustee in Wotton's stead. Change name to Brydges clause repeated, 15 April 1825, proved London 13 July 1826, (by Sir Harford Jones Brydges heretofore Sir Harford Jones)
Copy made soon afterwards as ""1825"" papermark, NB on dorse 'Wotton against Brydges & Jones'.
