Gibralter [to Mrs W Wade Gery] First letter since your marriage with my amiable cousin William [Hugh Wade-Gery]. For the last six months my time devoted to my darling little Charlotte Selina. Dorothy has undoubtedly kept you informed of my sojourn at the Rock. Child and husband. Winter on the Rock - balls etc. Officers have formed amateur musical society. Intend tour of part of Spain next month. Have three servants - two maids and a man. (This is not deposited at the Record Office - for information only.)
