    Recities: 2 April 1614, 6 August 1618 and 13 October 1618 as recited in AD3210, which is recited; 19 May 1619: Lease: 100 yrs. Edward Prudden to Thomas Parratt, his executors, administrators or assignees - - All that 26 acres by estimation of arable and pasture in King's Walden and Offley, Herts., lately purchased of Thomas Welche: 2 closes ( 7 1/2 acres) called Greate Crofte, the residue lying in the several fields of Offley and King's Walden; - - All other lands etc. lately purchased of Thomas Welche; - - 1 close arable called Ruggrowe (6 acres); - - 1 close arable called Flexmore Field Close (8 acres); - - 1 close arable called Lynkwell Ash Close (4 acres) lying near the last; All in parish of King's Warden; With all hedges, ditches, etc. etc. thereto belonging; - - As recited. (ii) declares that his interest in the estate during the residue of the term of 12 years recited in the Deed dated 2 April 1614 is as executor of the will of Thomas Parratt the father, and renounces any interest in the same for himself, Sibley, or any of the daughters of (ii) in virtue of the said will, and declares that (i), his heirs, executors or administrators may enjoy possession thereof for the residue of the term of 12 years without let or hindrance by (ii) his daughters or executors or any of them, or their executors or administrators or by anyone claiming for or under any of them by virtue of the said will; (ii) further agrees to perform any act, or to cause such to be performed, necessary in order to carry out the Award. PROVIDED THAT if Thomas Parratt the son, his heirs or assignees, farmers and leasees shall not or may not hold and enjoy the said lands etc. so conveyed or mentioned to be conveyed for the said 12 years, for all the residue of the said 12 yrs. from the death of the said Thomas Parratt deceased saved harmless of all eviction in law or equity by the said Edward Prudden or any of his four daughters or of any person lawfully claiming any estate or interest therein under of them only by virtue or colour of the said will. and also during the said 12 years and for ever after without any eviction or recovery by any of them by course of law or in equity of any sums of money out of or in respect of the same by virtue or colour of the said will That it shall be lawful then and thenceforth for Thomas Parratt the son (i), his executors, administrators or assignees to re-enter into possession of the premises hereby released and assigned as in his or their former estate (anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding).
