    Recites: 2 April 1614, 6 August 1618 and 13 October 1618 as recited in AD3210 That (i) and (ii) herein ' for appeasing of divers differences growne betwixte them concering the limitation of the said estate for years made by the said will' submitted to Arbitration by William Preston and John Parratt gents. [as recited in foregoing, AD3210]; 18 May 1619 Lease 100 years (i) Thomas Parratt (ii) Edward Prudden, his executors, administrators or assigns - - A messuage or tenement, in Luton called the Vine, with buildings, yards etc. thereto belonging; - - Parcels and Closes of arable meadow and pasture in Luton:- 2 closes pasture called Longcrofte (10 ac.) 1 parcel arable at Whitehill (7 ac.) 1 parcel meadow called Harpe Meade (2 ac.) 5 acres in Baylie field by Castle Ditche consisting of 2 pieces being divided with a hedgeway and heretofore being 3 pieces 1 parcel arable at Whitehill ( 7 ac.) 5 pieces arable called Beggers Acres ( 5 ac.) With all hedges ditches fences free-boards trees underwoods baulkes heydons 'leasues' wayes commons profitles commondities to the said premises appertaining (i) 'for divers considerations him thereunto moving' has re-granted, surrendered and assigned to (ii) the premises recited with all his interest therein for the residue of the term recited; (ii), his heirs, executors and administrators covenant to carry out the arbitrament as recited in AD3210 concerining them PROVIDED THAT (ii) shall perform all the agreements that are to be performed by him, his heirs, executors and administrators as recited in AD3210 (2), the said sum of £80 to be paid within 6 months after the said 2 years; if John, his executors and administrators. will accept it in full satisfaction of all sums given him out of the said lands and tenements. during the 2 years mentioned in the will; Otherwise, (ii), his heirs, executors and administrators shall for ever aquit (i), his heirs, executheirs, executors and administrators shall pay to (i), his executors and administrators the sum of £20 at Lady Day and Michaelmas falling between the date of the death of Thomas Parratt the father and 1 May 1626, TO THE USE OF the four daughters of (i): Sarah, Mary, Susan and Audrey Prudden in lieu and satisfaction of the lands and tenements to them bequeathed and all sums of money bequeathed to them out of the same; the money to be divided among them according to the intent of the will. If (ii) shall not perform all the agreements according to the Proviso, then (i), his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns may re-enter into possession of the premises hereby regranted with all appurtenances. (i) for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators convenants wuth (ii), his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns that he, his executors and administrators or assigns who shall recieve any sums of money according to the intent hereof shall make a sufficient acquittance in writing under his or their hands and seals acknowledging the receipt thereof to (ii), his executors or administrators and the daughters of (i) shall similarly acknowledge and make acquittance of payments received, severally and respectively.
