i) William Warner of Felmersham, yeoman.
ii) Robert Jeffery of Turvey, yeoman, Daniel Berry of London, gent.
iii) Elizabeth Jeffery of Turvey, spinster one of the daughters of Robert Jeffery.
marriage intended between i) and iii).
Consideration: £70 paid to i) by Robert Jeffery.
i) conveys to ii).
-20 acres arable, sward and ley in common fields of Felmersham, sometime parcel of the lands of Oliver Earl of Bolingbroke late of Bletsoe deceased and were formerly granted to John Fitzieoffery by said Earl of Bolingbroke, Sir Henry St. John and Sir Bentham St. John.
To use of i) until marriage then to i) and iii) and the survivor, then to their heirs.
