-48 acres arable and meadow in Felmersham in occupation of i) purchased by Robert Warner deceased of John Smyth of Emberton, Bucks.
-50 acres new enclosed ground purchased by said Robert Warner of John Fitzieoffery gent. and William Cossen, both of Felmersham.
Timber excepted; also excepted cottage in occupation of William Beard and right of access to it from St Michael next for 12 years at £33 per annum.
£10 for every acre of pasture ploughed up. Usual covenants.
