- To eldest son William, messuage in Luton where testator lives; two closes arable and pasture at Why-axte and Nokes Hill - 6 acres - at age 22, charged with payment of £60 to testator's wife Sara, if she lives with him: £40 to her if she lives elsewhere.
-To son Thomas, messuage, close and backside occupied by John Butterfielde, in Luton; Pondwickes Close
1 acre at Barber's Bridge; 1 acre arable in Blakehill Field.
- To daughters Elizabeth, Mary, Sarah, Frances, Agnes, Susan: arable land in fields of Luton: Broadywater Close of pasture equally divided at age 20.
To wife Sara (executrix) lands etc untill children attain ages mentioned. Household goods etc.
