To cousin Anne Booth, daughter of Anne Waller, £100, piece of land in Turners Hill; 3 pieces land in Sawellfield: 4 pieces in Bridgefield: 11 acres. If legatee childless bequest to return to Henry, son of Jeremiah Sibly of Herts To John, George, Henry and Sarah, children of Jeremiah Sibly, monetary bequest. To poor of Luton town and parish, 4 acres at Stocken Bridge. To cousin George Baldindge of Missendon, son of Thomas, monetary bequest. To Alice Laxon, maidservant, 50/-.
