Kingsley.) (see recitals of AD2987) Conditional surrender of lands of recital of AD3077 by Heylock Kingsley Esq., of Hasel Hall, Sandy, to use of Thomas Stanhope. To be void if Rudd paid off mortgage to Stanhope (Recites not paid, therefore surrender absolute). Admission of T. Stanhope by attorney William Ross Esq., of Knowle's Court, London.
