Edward Miles Rudd & Major Thomas Anderson Rudd (viz; AD3051) by way of Mortgage to procure repayment of £2000 - viz AD3053 recital. Recital of AD3053. Land surrendered to R. Lindsell with proviso for payment to Rudds. Recites Lindsell has paid off £1000 of principal and paid interest. Remainder to bear intrest at rate of £4 per cent p.a.) Acknowledgement by E. M. & T.
