    -- to wife Elizabeth - household goods, furniture, plate, linen, china, watches, jewels, trinkets, wines, ale, 'spirituous and other liquors', books, pictures, £200 and annuity of £200 charged on lands at Broom & Stanford. Also land in parish of Biggleswade -- to William Pedley of Gt. Barford and Benjamin Jeffries of Gt. Barford - subject to annuity to wife - freehold lands at Broom and Stanford in trust: wife to live rent free in one house at Broom and Pedley & Jeffries to receive rents from Broom and Stanford until son John Barber is of age and educate and maintain him until then, rest to be invested. Estate to be conveyed to son when of age. If he dies before then in trust for son Raymond Barber and daughter Elizabeth Barber and any other children as tenants-in-common etc. Also freehold and copyhold estates at Biggleswade in trust: to take rents until Raymond Barber is 21 and to be used for his education etc. To convey to him when 21. If he dies to John & Elizabeth Barber etc. (proviso that trustees can lease land during minorities. All property to be insured against fire.) Personal estate to trustee to sell to pay debts etc, then annuity of £100 to wife until son John is 21, then annuity of £50. £2,000 in trust for son until 21 and £3,000 in trust for son Raymond when of age, and the same for daughter Elizabeth, or when she marries. After 21 or marriage £2,000 more. (Then to her children etc.) Residue of proceeds of personal estate to be shared among surviving children etc. Provisions if one child dies etc. If another child born £3,000 deducted from previous legacies. If estate insufficient losses to be born equally by children etc. Executrix.: wife ; Executors.: Pedley & Jrfferies (£50 to each.) Recites: since above Barber bought estates in Biggleswade. to trustees above. They to recieve rents until daughter Elizabeth is 21 or marries - before for education etc. - then to be conveyed and surrendered to her. Provisions if she dies before this etc. Can be leased during her minority. Now only £4,100 in trust for daughter Elizabeth, £5,000 above revoked. £2000 to be invested and dividends to her.
