Pedley of Gt. Barford, gent, (surviving trustee of Barber's will) (iv) Stephen Raymond Esq., parish of St. Marylebone, Middlesex. Thomas McGrath of Biggleswade, surgeon. R.B. Lindsell of Biggleswade, gent. (Trustees of Marriage Articles-viz recitals.) Recital of AD2954 Recites John Barber died in December, 1806 and his son Raymond in 1812, a minor. Recital of Assignment and Marriage Articles of 4 March, 1814 between (a) Edward & Elizabeth Lindsell, (b) Elizabeth Barber, widow, and (iv). Right of (a) in will of Barber assigned to (iv). in trust for (a) and heirs. Recites (i) & Elizabeth Lindsell of age. Recites Benjamin Jefferies now dead. Recites on marriage of (ii), (b) paid (iii) & B. Jefferies £2,000 in trust for Elizabeth Lindsell from which they bought £2974 3 per cent. Consolidated annuities. Recites on marr. of (ii) (b) paid (iv) £2,100 - invested in £3122-13-6d 3 per cent. Consolidated annuities. Recites (b) has now paid (i) £2000. Recites annuity of £50 given to (b) by will in exoneration of personal Estate. Recites (b) has paid (i) sums amounting to £1639-16-7d. and upon trusts of Marriage Articles sums amounting to the same. Recites accounts made and examied by (iv).) Release and discharge of executrix Elizabeth Barber. Witnessed: Thos. Bright, Geo.
