Recital of AD2924 Recital of agreement of (ii) & (iii) that lands above should be charged with principal of AD2924 - £8450 - with interest at £350 p.a. Recites (iii) deed - will (AD2922....) proved by (b). Recital of conveyance by (a) to Barber of lands above (see AD2930-1) Consideration of £5000 paid to (b) in part discharge of principal.
