(another son of (ii), nominated by (ii), and a trustee (below).) Farmhouse, yard, close, Covins & Harvey Closes in over Caldecott occupied by H.F.Palmer, father of (i), Richard Miles and William Tompion, then John Atterton, now Edward Tingey. parcels - 152 acres; (except: 3 1/2 acres in Ickwell field in Smallbrook adjoining 4 acre piece of Ickwell Farm of (i).) 5 acres (sward); 16 1/2 acres (meadow) in fields of Ickwell, Northill, Over & Nether Caldecott, occupied by Edwd. Cottage with Smith's shop, close & 2 groves (groves occ. (i). cottage etc. occupied by Nich. Blewitt, then Jn. Blewitt.) Cottage, shop, orchard, hempland & close occupied by Thos. Alban, then Wm. Breed. Cottage & hempland occupied by Thos. Gibbs, then widow Gibson Cottage & orchard occupied by Robert Field, then Jn. Warner. (all above in Broom.) 3 cottages & closes in Stanford in possession of (i). Farm house in Broom, 3 1/2 acres in Broom in Wheathill furlong. - 1acre of which was in North Mead - occupied widow Rooke at rent of £6-6s. p.a., then bought by James Ingram, Dr. of Physick, deceased from Mary Inskip.(see AD2908) Moiety of Broom Rectory with glebelands (18 3/4 acre) and moiety of tithes of corn, grain & hay bought by J. Ingram decd. of Mary Inskip, then occ. Jn. Barber Moiety of property of (i) in Broom & Stanford. (Conveyance to (iii) in trust for (ii).) Witnessed: Eliz. Fyshe Palmer, J. Heaviside.
