Farm house in Broom, 3 1/2 acres in Broom in Wheathill furlong. - 1acre of which was in North Mead - occupied widow Rooke at rent of £6-6s. p.a., then bought by James Ingram, Dr. of Physick, deceased from Mary Inskip.(see AD2908) Moiety of Broom Rectory with glebelands (18 3/4 acre) and moiety of tithes of corn, grain & hay bought by J.
