Wensley, to Miss Milnes, Beckingham, nr. Newark. Pleased with kind letter. A few days before i recd. yr letter Papa had one from Uncle Costobadie who is coming to pass a few days with us with his son and daughter Mary, and I am returned with them to Wensley Dale. We were lost on the Wolds. Ball at Ripon in honour of Kings birthday [George III]. First Charlotte had ever been at and she behaved well. Uncle [John] Milnes well.
