    Conveyance Parties: (i) Mary Jarvis of Bedford, widow; Henry Young junior of 170 Bromham Road, Bedford, architect and surveyor; (ii) John Blakeman of Bedford, dealer; (iii) James Caleb Summerfield of Wootton, brick and tile manufacturer Reciting: - DC/NB/E409/1; - (ii) had paid £30 to Joseph Aurelius Weston, auctioneer, as deposit for (a); - (ii) had agreed with (iii) to transfer to him the benefit of the sale contract if he paid him £130; - (iii), by direction of (ii), had paid £270 into Chancery for the credit of the account called Re W. Jarvis deceased, Arnold v. Jarvis 1915 J. No. 1918" Operative Part - (iii) paid £30 and £270 into Chancery and £130 to (ii); - (i) conveyed and (ii) conveyed and confirmed (a) to (iii) Property: (a) land in Bedford, Saint Mary with a frontage of 61 feet 6 inches to Cauldwell Street and return frontage of 63 feet 6 inches to Pilcroft Street and containing 3,900 square feet; with dwellinghouse, stabling, bootmaker's shop etc. formerly known as the Haycock Inn and now as 34 and 34a Cauldwell Street Covenant by (i) to produce deeds comprising DC/NB/E409/1 to (iii) Witnesses: - Percy Noel Binns of Bedford, solicitor; - Henry Nelson Tebbs of Bedford, solicitor
