Recites: - indenture of demise dated 27 December 1759 between George Collings of Holborn, surveyor and builder, and Hannah Pepys of Great Russell Street, Bloomsbury, widow. - will and death of Hannah Pepys leaving estate to her son William Weller Pepys. - death of William Weller Pepys (then Sir William) in June 1825 leaving estate to his son Sir William Weller Pepys. 1) now assigns to 2) for £500 - messuage and land described in indenture dated 27 December 1759 and now in the occupations of John Britain and Mary Bliss for unexpired term of 300 years of the said indenture of demise.
