Fyshe senior); 10 cottages & land in Ickwell, Northill & Caldecot; moiety of recovery of Southill & Broom & tithes held Hen. Upwood, Thos. Upwood & Thos. Inskipp, then by Thos. Dilly and Thos. Inskipp Conveyed to R. Coningesbye decd. & Jn. Pedley by Margaret Gardiner of Islington, spinster in trust for Hum. Fyshe sen. decd. for life.) To use of Raymond & Robinson for 1,100 yrs. on trusts. 1000 yrs. term (above) limited to Forrester & Dell on trust that they should by mortgage of whole or part of term raise not more than £600 & H. Fyshe sen. decd. by deed or will should direct to be paid to daughters Katherine & Ann Fyshe. 1100 yrs. term (above) to Raymond & Robinson on trust that by mortgage of premises of whole or part of term or by rents and profits raise a sum appointed by deed or will of H.Fyshe decd. for his own use or declared uses but to be redeemable by persons next in remainder or reversion Recital of Assignment of 18 July. 1702 between (a) Hum. Fyshe deceased directed trustees of 1000 yrs. term (above) to raise £300 each for daughters Katherine & Ann Fyshe. Katherine Fyshe married John Dell and died leaving 2 daughters, Katherine & Martha Dell. Recites 1st. property of 1st. recital (above) came by mesne assignments etc. to Coningesby. (a) assigned to (e) 1st. property of 1st. recital for remainder of 1000 yrs. in trust for (d). Redeemable by (c) on payment of £2600, interest, and other sums to be advanced by (d) to (c). Recital of Assignment & Mortgage of 10 July, 1724 between (a) Dimsdale (b) Ashby (c) H. Fyshe of (ii) & Hum.Fyshe the younger since decd. His heir. (d) = (i), (e) R. Coningesbye (of (ii).) Also for £2, 276-8s. paid by (d) to (c) (c) mortgaged to (d) - - - farmhouse, 14 acres, Home Close, Ramseys (2 closes), Cow Close, Wiltshire Close in Ickwell, 135acres, 15acres, 7 1/4acres. in fields of Ickwell, Northill Over & Nether Caldecot; Farmhouse in Over Caldecot & Close, and Covins & Harvey Closes there; 152acres, 5 acres, 16 1/2 acres in fields of Ickwell, Northill, Over & Nether Caldecot; 3 cottages in Ickwell; cottage in Northill; 6 acres in fields of Norhill; cottage in Caldecot & 1 acre in Caldecot meadow; 44 acres of pasture, formerly part of Park Wood (see above) & Dansibowers Pightle in parish of Warden ; all other lands of (c) in Bedfordshire except Park Wood, parish of Old Warden; 3 cottages parish of Northill (2 adjoining with closes & wood) occ. Jas. Jennings, Jn. & Thos. Huckle. (Rents £4-10s., £4, £6-19s.) (Cotts. excepted to be exchanged with Owen Thos. Bromsall Esq., for other lands 'more commodious...') for term of 500 yrs. On payment of £5200 to be reassigned from (d) to (c) or person(s) appointed by (c). Assignment by (a) to (e) of Park Wood & 3 cottages (above). To (e) in trust for securing annuity of £100 to (c). Recites reversion & inheritance of all lands conveyed to (iii) to uses declared by AD2904-5, supra. Recites (iii) at request of (ii) and with consent of (iv) have paid (i) £5000 due on above securities.)
