    (i) Thomas Fothergill Esq., of little Ormond Street, parish of St. Andrews, Holborn (nephew & heir of George Fothergill (See AD2906) survived Robert Meese other trustee in AD2906. George Fothergill now decd.) (ii) Charles Colmore Esq., of Colney Hatch (Barnet) (only child of (iii) & husband Charles Colmore decd. see AD2904-5, supra.) (iii) Ann Colmore (See AD2904-5) (Recital of 1st. recital of AD2904-5, and declaration of trust there mentioned. Recites Charles Colmore (father) died in 1732 leaving (iii) & (ii) & William & Richard Colmore, both deceased. Recital of another Chancery Order of 17 May, 1735 - see AD2904-5. Recital of AD2904-5. Recital of AD2904-5 not redeemed; estate now vested in (i). Recital of Chancery Order in same cause of 3 February, 1756 by petition of (iii) and (ii) showing deaths of William (not of age & unmarried) & Richard Colmore; that (ii) was of age; deaths of George Fothergill & Robert Meese. (ii) & (iii) alone interested in principal of AD2904-5. (ii) & (iii) agreed to assign Mortgage and securities to (iii) for her own use without investing it in lands according to Declaration of Trust of 3 Aug 1732. (AD2904-5.)
