(sole executor of will of Jn. Watford of Beggary, yeoman, decd.) (iii) Jn. Sutton of Sandy, Farmer & Butcher. (iv) Chris. Clarke of Beeston Cross, Victualler. & Matt. Banes of Sandy, Wheelwright (trustee appointed by Sutton.) (Note:- Bargain & Sale between (i) & (ii).) (Recites Sutton has agreed with Moore to buy cottage for £160. £150 of this owing to Jn. Watford by (i) by mortgage of 29 January, 1794. Not redeemed.) -- Cottage in Girtford occupied by Thos. Bester & Widow Collup, then John Stanton, then David Sutton; 2 acres in fields of Sandy occupied by D. Sutton & Wm. Blewitt, then J. Sutton; - viz.: in Low field, in Kinwick Broadway furlong.; in Middle field in Belland furlong abutting west Road furlong; in Upper backsides abutting east Belland furlong, west Backside Rd.; in Down field in Lower Backsides abutting east Broadwater pond, west on Cross Lane; in Haughhedge furlong abutting west on Mr. Landon's Close called the Haughs, east on the North Road. (Estate of Eliz. Kitson - see AD2736, AD2740, & Thos. Carrinton & Ann his wife, then of Wm. Stevenson Esq., decd., then of Stevenson's executor Sam. Wilkinson who sold it to (i).)
