Reynolds, & cottage & acre occupied by Benjamin Norman (marginal note that Eliz. married Henry Kitson of Bourn, Camb. 'she died aged 90.'); his cottage & land bought of Thos. Brand, Eliz. Kitson & Dorcas Skilliter (See AD2736); 2 acres which his father Henry bought of Jn. Riseley 'and his will was if her sister Dorcas or any belonging to her shall make any disturbance with her sister Elizabeth about this cottage he then dwelt in he or she should pay to his daughter Elizabeth Adkins' £100. -- To daughter Dorcas Skilliter: (See also AD2736; AD2784) cottages occupied by David Freeman & Jn. Pleasanton with appurtenances; closes lying next to Church Lane 'late Springe'; rest of arable which he bought from Thos. Adkins, Jn. Swinscoe, Wm. Ashers, & 1.3/4 acres bought by his father of Allen. (Marginal note: 'N.B. John Skilliter the Husband of Dorcas is liveing at Gerford...and has the estate for his life as said by a deed.......Dorcas Skilliter is dead and has left two daughters Dorcas the wife of Robt. Fuller of Bourne in Camb. and Eliz. the wife of Jn. Single of Gerford, Carpenter.') Eliz. Adkins or anyone molesting D. Skilliter of cottage occupied by Plesanton shall pay her £40. Endorsement: Note querying acts necessary by Jn. Single & Eliz. his w. to make a good title to a purchaser or mortgagee of the moiety.
