Address of 1825. Address by Tavistock declaring his determination not to offer himself as a candidate for any seat in the House of Commons, except on the condition of an entire cessation of the disgraceful and disgusting scenes which arose out of the expenditure of Money during the last election. 'I am resolved it shall not again be laid to my charge, that I have given encouragement to drunkenness and immorality, to secure my election to Parliament.' Printed by J. Webb.
