Recites that there have been variances and discords between the parties concerning 'one mese and curtenlond' and close in Eversholt and Segenho, late occupied by Ric. the father, who willed the mese and lands, except 13ac., to Johanne his wife for life; with remainder to Wm.; and the 13 ac. to John. the messuages, lands etc. bequeathed to Wm., and also the 13 ac. bequeathed to John. Wtns. none. Seal on tag.
