Consideration £30.
- parcel of meadow 1 acre in Broadmead in Radwell of Morend, part of aforesaid 5 and a half acres, both sides Robert Berry, River Ouse.
To ii) for unexpired term of no V31 if Katherine Cobb lives so long & for 1 year after her death; i) is to pay 30/- per annum to ii) or the overseers of the poor of Radwell & Felmersham for the benefit of the poor there.
If Katherine Cobb survives the term of years i) will pay 30/- as above for the life of Katherine Cobb.
