recites: V25; all which lands were granted to ii) by Oliver Randes their father and Giles Randes their eldest brother by another Indenture [V22]
said Oliver and Giles Randes entered into 2 bonds same date as presents, to i)
one for payment of £60 on 22 November next
other for £60 on 5 May next as further securities for payment of debt due on said mortgage.
Now: if ii) pays the sums due by bond at said days i) will reconvey the lands to ii).
