    i) Katherine Rands of Cold Brayfield, Bucks spinster, Henry Ventris citizen and leatherseller of London and wife Mary (which Katherine and Mary are cousins and coheirs of Oliver Rands late of Radwell, gent. deceased) ii) William Salisbury of Cold Brayfield, Bucks, gent. i) will levy fine before end of Trinity term of:- -Manor of Radwell and manor house late in occupation of said Oliver Rands and now of William Jenkyns -2 closes of pasture adjoining called Upper Pilcrofte and Neither Pilcrofte, together 24 acres in occupation of William Jenkins -meadow ground near the said manor called the Home, 14 acres also in occupation of said William Jenkins -close of pasture in Radwell contiguous to said manor house called the Hoo, with spinney adjoining containing together 12 acres in occupation of Edward Crouch (see V16) -spung of ground or passage to said close called the Hoo -dole of meadow ground 1½ acres in Short Dunstans End in Radwell -little pightle of pasture lying between Radwell and Moore End in occupation of John Perrin -55 acres arable and ley in common fields of Radwell and Felmersham in occupation of William Jenkyns and belonging to said manor house To be described as in V19. 1/2 to use of Katherine Rands 1/2 to use of Henry Ventris and wife Mary, and the survivor paying £5 per annum to John Rands senior now of Radwell, gent. also £5 per annum to Peter Easton of Oundle, Northants.
