Scope and Content
Farnell agrees to sell to Reddall for £250 before 14th May next: -- messuage in Wakes, Eversholt, occupied by Alice Farnell Widow; close aptg. called Bull, Prior's Stockings, Pickes and Lt. Stockings, and 3a. 1r. land in Eversholt (expectant on death of Alice Farnell). Reddall agrees to pay £50 on the 14th May, and £150 on 25 Dec. next, and £50 within 2 months of death of Alice. Alice and one Robt. Smith of Eversholt are to be bound to commit no waste. If Alice dies within 2 years, Reddall will pay Farnell furthur £20; if she lives longer than 5 years Farnell will pay Reddall £10 p.a. for as long as she lives. Wtns. Hen. Whitbread, Sam. Rolfe.
