'...by the articles made at my marriage my daughter Dinah Hayley will be entitled at my decease to such or part of my personal estate as was the share of the child or children of an ancient freeman of the City of London and as she will thereby have an ample provision I do not think it right to add thereto by this my will but only to confirm the articles of marriage above mentioned and give her £100 for mourning.' - To children of late kinsman John Hayley of Bewdley Worcs, £500 each. - Residue to wife Mary Hayley for her sole use. Wife Mary appointed executrix.
