- To sisters Rebecca and Mary all lands in Mursley for ever. - To Mary Meade widow of late brother John Meade and her daughter Mary Meade 10 guineas a piece for mourning. - To nieces Martha, Rebecca and Mary Bartley all messuages etc in Newport Pagnell for ever as tennants in common, and £400 to be equally dividied between them. - To neice Martha Hartley all household goods, plate and linen. - To the poor of Tickford and Newport Pagnell £5 and £6 more for bread to be distributed to the poor of Newport Pagnell. - £30 to be distributed to and amongst 30 poor families of Mursley. - To Mrs Hannah Astley daughter of Thomas & Hannah Astley of Hatton Garden, London, £100. - residue to sisters Rebecca and Mary Meade and appointing them executors.
