- Scope and Content- To be buried in vault in parish church of Soulbury, Bucks 'which the said parish permitted me to make for my family when I buried my two eldest sisters there and I hope will continue it for the interring of my relations.' - To sisters Rebecca and Mary Meade of Sylesbury, spinsters lease of the parsonage of Aylesbury holden for three lives of George Williams clerk etc. Lands of inheritance being two thirds of the estate of Eaton Leyes in the parish of Great Brickhill, also lands in Totternhoe together with the tythes of the same that I purchased of Henry Lambe, also lands bought of my cousin William Marston and William Hopkins in Marston and Litterington in the county of Bedford for their natural lives. - After death of sisters lands in Marston and Litterington to Josph Higginson, son of Joanthan and eleanor his wife niece of my cousin Joseph Marshall of London skinner, deeased when he shall attain the age of 21 and to his heirs for ever over and above the legacy of £200 given him by his Aunt Mary Marshall deceased. - After death of sisters other lands to niece Mary Meade only child of dear brother John Meade, deceased and Mary his widow, she paying yearly to such brother or brothers of mine that shall be then living £100 apiece during their natural lives by half yearly payments, then to Mary's heirs in in want of lawful heirs to testator's heirs. - yearly annuities: - to cousin Francis Knight now employed at the Victualling Office on Tower Hill and Elizabeth Crispe of London, spinster £20 each for life. - To borther Francis Meade and Mary his wife all lands in Mursley for life and £1000 . - If brothers Samuel and Robert should come to want £40 per annum for life. - To president and treasurer of St Thomas's Hospital Southwark, for use of the poor £370. - To wardens and assistants of the Dyer's Company, London of which I am a member and assistant £500. - To cousin Samuel Rolleston and his brother Matthew and sister Deborah £500 a piece. - To cousin Anne Astley £500. -To cousin William Shrimpton, son of my cousin Rebechah Shrimpton £500. - To Jane and Rebecca Randall daughters of John Randall and Rebecca his wife £200 a piece to prefer them in marriage. - To cosin James Harrison and his wife now of Reading, Berks for mourning for them and their two daughters £40. - To Frances and Sarah the daughters of James Harrison £500 a piece to advance them in marriage. - To cousin Thomas Astly and his sister Mary Baskerfield and their sister Elizabeth Reeve widow £400 a piece. - To cousin Grace Warkman eldest daughter of cousin Mark Warkman by his first wife £500 to prefer her in marriage. - To George Bryan son of Augustin Bryan of London, haberdasher £100. - To Robert, Thomas and Mary Pernell sons and daughter of Robert Pernell and wife Elizabeth £200 a piee. - To John and Thomas Barnard £20 each for mourning. - To Frances and Elizabeth daughters of friend Thomas Barnard by Sarah his wife £200 a piece. - To Bretton Haddon daughter of the Rev Peter Haddon, late vicar of Bolton, Lancs £100. - To Jno and Rev William Mason, clerk £100 a piece and their sister mary Evance £60, sons and duaghter of Rev Pious John Mason sometime rector of Water Stratford, Bucks. - To the children of Mary Kellam of Sheffield £20 a piece to be paid to their uncle Edward Buck of Blythe, Notts or their Uncle Thomas Buck of Sheffield. - To John Boughton of Aylesbury for the use of his children £200. - To guardian of Thomas Boughtons for the use of the children he left behind him £200. - To friends, Henry Hankey, goldsmith, Samuel Troughton Attorney at law £500 each and appoints them as executor to his will and to the wills for which testator is executor. - To friends Peter Speght and his nephew Robert Salsbury of Billingsgate and Mr William James of Aylesbury £200 each to aid executors and sisters. - To the poor of Great Brickhill and Soulbury and Mursley £30 to each place to be distrubted amongst poor widows.
