    To be buried in vault of St Magnus Church London. - to wife Mary Meade plate, household goods and jewells and one third part of all other personal estate, goods and chattells. - to daughter and only child Mary Meade one third part of personal estate. - to Governors of the Hospital of St Thomas's Southwarke £100. - to Governors of Christ Church Hospital, London £100 not payable until one boy or girl is admitted at the appointment of my executrix. - To the governors of the Workhouse in Bishopsgate Street, London £100 not payable until one boy or girl is admitted at the appointment of my executrix. - To twenty poor dissenting ministers to be nominated by my executrix & whose incomes are not of more than £30 per annum the sum of £200 and to and amongst ten poor vicars of the Church of England of sober life and coversation and whose vicarages respectively are not of more than £20 value by the year £100. - To the five children of John Mason, clerke £100. - To the surveyors of highways, overseers of the poor and churchwardens of Great Brickhill, Bucks 'the place of my nativity' £50 to be laid out and paid to poor people of the parish and for repairing the highways. - To the surveyors of highways, overseers of the poor and churchwardens of Mursley £30. - To the surveyors of highways, overseers of the poor and churchwardens of Aylesbury £20. - To ten poor widows of the parish of St Magnus not receiving almes £10 to be equally divided between them. - To 80 poor householders of the parish of St Sepulchre's London to be nominated by the Rev Mr Knight, my father-in-law Mr Henry Sherbrooke Capt Lewis Mr Tidman Mr Reeves and Mr Henry Clifton & three of the churchwardens of the parish £40 to be equally divided. - To sevants living with me at my death five pounds a piece. - To executrix £100 to be disposed of in supplying any ommissions. - To loving brother William Meade my father-in-law Henry Sherbrooke, my brothers John Sherbrooke & Richard Sherbrooke, my Brother Samuel Meade, Robert Meade and his wife Francis Meade & his wife, sisters Rebecca and Mary Meade to each & every of them the sum of £20 a piece to buy mourning. - To sisters Rebecca & Mary Meade untill daughter Mary Meade be 16 or married, annunity of £100 from the government, the to daughter Mary, her children and after their decease & also after the decease of the surviviors of my sisters to eldest son of cousin Robert Meade for ever. - To wife all lands and tenements in Spridlington, Lincoln for life and then to daughter Mary her heirs and assigns. - Residue to wife. Wife Mary to be executrix with Henry Sherbrooke and William Meade as assistants and overseers.
