Whereas: £50 remained owing to i) and iii) had agreed with ii) for purchase of the freehold and inheritance of the premises for £86, of which £50 was to be paid to i) NOW consid: £50 paid by iii) to i) at direction of ii), and £36 paid by iii) to ii), ii) grants to iii) -messuage or tenement in Boat End, Wootton, and a piece of ground (1acre) adjoining :N. Common Lane :S and W. ground heretofore of Humphrey Monoux Esq, now of Sir Philip Monoux :E.
