William Jarman the younger, citizen and distiller of London. 4. William Hayton of London, merchant and Hugh Marchant of St Gyles in the Field Middlesex. Recites:- deed of 1 July 1690 between Robert Robins and William Togwood in consideration of £50 and interest for 14 acres in the fields of Totternhoe and Eaton Bray for term of 1000 years at a peppercorn rent. Default made in payment, death of Robert Robins and inheritance by John. Now William Jarman has taken on the revision in consideration of £52 5 shillings paid by him to William Togwood.
