1. William Togwood of Braggenham in Soulbury, Bucks, yeoman. 2. John Robins of Totternhoe, yeoman son and heir of Robert Robins, deceased. 3. William Jarman the younger, citizen and distiller of London. 4. William Hayton of London, merchant and Hugh Marchant of St Gyles in the Field Middlesex. Recites:- deed of 1 July 1690 between Robert Robins and William Togwood in consideration of £50 and interest for 14 acres in the fields of Totternhoe and Eaton Bray for term of 1000 years at a peppercorn rent. Default made in payment, death of Robert Robins and inheritance by John. Now William Jarman has taken on the revision in consideration of £52 5 shillings paid by him to William Togwood.
