    Paul Cobbe of Oakely gent., to Tho. Bromsall of Blunham esq. Recites purchase (AD2274) 'concerning which lands there is a doubt whether the same are not liable to some extent or seizure by our sovereign lord the King... for that one Lewis Harding gent. was an occupant to the King and Pretendeth soem equitable interest in the said Lands.' Cobb therefore agrees to keep property free from future incumbrances. Wtns. as in AD2274 Seal applied, papered.
