Edward Hayward, attachment of privilege, Common Pleas, at suit of James Watkins, gentleman, returnable Michaelmas;
Joseph Stevens, committed by John Keeling esq. JP on suspicion of murder;
Robert Sawyer, committed by Robert Crompton esq. JP for wounding a man;
