    To daughter Ann wife of John Ibbs of Old, Northants., glover, 4s. a week for life. To grandson Wm. son of Ann 1s. To daughter Martha wife of Randall Leach of Sandy gent., messuage and garden in Sandy now occupied by Leach; 2 small cottages adjoining occupied by Matth. Keep and Geo. Stubbins; 1/2 ac. of garden in Long Swaden, Sandy, all purchased of Sar. Drable wid.; to Martha for life; if she dies before her husband to him for life; then then to grandson Randall. To wife Anne, £20 p.a.; 'the bed in the room in which we usually lie' and all the bedding and furniture, also a chest of drawers, 1 table and looking glass in the same room, also 1 trunk with 4 pr. of good sheets, also 1 tea kettle, 1 set of blue and white china and 6 silver tea spoons, 1 teapot. To grandson Wm. Knott, eldest son of son Jas. and wife Mary 'my watch for him to wear as soon as his father thinks him capable to take care of it'. To son James messuage and garden etc. in Sandy wherein testator now lives, also 20 acres in fields, occupied by son James; 12 acres occupied by brother John Sellis, late purchased of father in law John Sellis senior; 2 cottages in Blunham occupied Wn. Huckle, baker and Edw. Dixon, also purch. of John Sellis sr.; 3 r. in Chesterfield purchased from Wm. Bromsall and Chris. Whittamore; 1 ac. in Long Swaden given to former wife Elizabeth by will of her father in law Rich. Richardson; and remainder of estate. Exor. son James. Wtns. Benj. Tillcock, Geo. Stebbing, W.
